We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including safety concerns, hazardous materials, illegal items, or inaccessible locations.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or customer description.
• Final pricing may vary depending on:
  • Volume of materials
  • Weight of materials
  • Accessibility
  • Labor requirements
  • Disposal fees
  • Additional services requested
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable Materials

We generally accept:

• Household junk
• Furniture
• Appliances
• Yard debris
• Construction debris
• Office equipment
• General non-hazardous waste

We do not accept:

• Hazardous chemicals
• Paints and solvents
• Biohazard materials
• Medical waste
• Explosives
• Ammunition
• Illegal substances
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Customers are responsible for disclosing the presence of any potentially hazardous materials before service begins.

5. Access to Property

Customers authorize Junk Haulers LLC and its representatives to enter the property for the purpose of performing services.

The customer represents that they have the legal authority to authorize removal of all items designated for disposal.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Clearly identify all items to be removed.
• Ensure safe access to the property.
• Secure pets and children during service.
• Disclose any known hazards.
• Remove valuable or sentimental items prior to service.

Junk Haulers LLC is not responsible for items mistakenly discarded when they are located within designated removal areas.

7. Property Damage

Our team exercises reasonable care while performing services.

Any claim for alleged property damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion.

Junk Haulers LLC shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Damage caused by structural defects
• Damage resulting from hidden conditions
• Minor scratches, dents, or landscaping disturbances reasonably associated with removal operations

Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

9. Payment Terms

Failure to pay may result in collection efforts and recovery of reasonable attorney fees and collection costs as permitted by law.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service giving rise to the claim.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Junk Haulers LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Customer-provided information
• Ownership disputes regarding removed items
• Hazardous materials disclosed or undisclosed
• Customer negligence

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.

Junk Haulers LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
